Here's a simple recipe to make a hot cup of Lion's Mane Tea:

Ingredients:

- 1/4 teaspoon lion's mane powder
- 1 cup water
- Optional sweetener of your choice, such as honey or stevia

Directions:

1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot or kettle.

2. Add 1 teaspoon of lion's mane powder to the boiling water.

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the lion's mane powder to infuse into the water and release its beneficial compounds.

4. Remove the pot from heat and strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Note:

You can also make a larger batch of lion's mane tea and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
